An over-active brain is always an anxious one. The brain is involved in everything that we do including our emotional regulation, behavioural modulation and thought processes. If the brain becomes overly anxious as a result of chronic stress exposure or trauma, we can become overwhelmed with anxious feelings that generate painful physiological responses such as panic attacks, headache, nausea, tingling, palpitations, OCD, bodily pains and other psychosomatic symptoms. In this this short video, I share some easy steps towards calming down an anxious brain.
