Emotions are chemical signatures of all of our pattern of thoughts and past experiences. Human mental wellness is often at the mercy of his bio-chemical reactions. We cannot be healthy beyond the healthiness of the chemical mix within our body system. What you are thinking about all the time is deciding the chemicals that a component within your emotional brain is mixing. If you worry a lot, you are manufacturing stress chemicals in abundance into your system, which can then compromise the functions of some vital organs within you. What can you then do to make your body mix energising chemicals on a regular basis that will ensure your long-term calm and confidence? How can you reprogram the biochemistry of your emotions to your advantage?
