Self-criticism often comes from the subconscious belief that our authentic selves are defective, flawed and not worthy of unconditional self-compassion. This is often a product of past negative experiences that have made us to split from our sense of self and identified with the aggressors – the inner critics. In this short clip, I share how you can move from self-criticism into unconditional self-acceptance, believing and caring for your self, in spite of your past. This is a needed virtue for happiness, progress and greater self-fulfilment in life.
