Equity, Integrity & Responsible Access to Learning
At MindBodyBreakthrough, we believe high-quality mental health and neuroscience education should be accessible, while also being delivered responsibly and sustainably.
Our Access & Scholarships framework exists to ensure that financial barriers do not exclude those who would genuinely benefit from our training — without compromising the quality, safety, or integrity of our programmes.
Our Approach to Access
We balance three core principles:
-
Equity – recognising that people start from different positions
-
Integrity – protecting the quality and sustainability of our training
-
Impact – prioritising access where learning will create meaningful benefit
This approach allows us to support individuals, professionals, and communities ethically, while continuing to deliver at a high standard.
Access Options Available
🔹 Payment Plans
Available on most individual and professional certifications.
-
Spread payments over instalments
-
No additional fees
-
Designed to reduce upfront burden
👉 Payment plans are often the first and best access option.
🔹 Limited Scholarships
We offer a small number of partial scholarships on selected certifications.
Scholarships are:
-
needs-informed, not entitlement-based
-
partial, not full (to protect commitment and completion rates)
-
reviewed on a case-by-case basis
They are intended for individuals who:
-
are experiencing financial hardship
-
are supporting others in under-resourced settings
-
demonstrate a clear purpose for using the learning responsibly
🔹 Community & Group Access
For charities, grassroots organisations, and community groups:
-
reduced group rates may be available
-
cohort-based delivery encouraged
-
priority given where community impact is clear
🔹 Commissioned & Funded Pathways
Many individuals access our training through:
-
employers
-
charities
-
councils
-
funded programmes
We actively support organisations seeking:
-
grant-funded delivery
-
commissioned programmes
-
workforce development funding
What Scholarships Are (and Are Not)
✔ Scholarships ARE:
-
partial reductions
-
time-limited
-
values-based
-
aligned with wellbeing and community impact
✘ Scholarships are NOT:
-
automatic
-
unlimited
-
substitutes for professional funding
-
guaranteed for advanced or organisational programmes
This ensures fairness and sustainability across our learner community.
How to Apply for Access Support
Access support requests are reviewed thoughtfully and confidentially.
Applicants may be asked to briefly outline:
-
the certification they are applying for
-
their current context
-
how the learning will be used responsibly
-
any other access options explored (e.g. payment plans, employer funding)

A Note on Responsibility & Care
Mental health education carries responsibility.
For this reason:
-
access decisions also consider readiness and suitability
-
some advanced certifications are not eligible for scholarships
-
we may recommend alternative pathways that better support wellbeing
This protects learners and the communities they serve.
Our Commitment
MindBodyBreakthrough remains committed to:
-
ethical education
-
trauma-informed practice
-
transparency in pricing
-
widening access without lowering standards
We believe that true access is not just about cost — it’s about care, readiness, and impact.
